Description: "Papa ini kutjupa kutjupa" is a resource to support early Pitjanjatjara and English literacy both ways. Each page consists of a simple sentence describing the image e.g. ‘This dog is big.’ in both Pitjantjatjara and English. The images are boldly coloured and animated to help convey meaning and maintain engagement. The resources helps students learn adjectives as well as identify dogs as individual living beings with feelings. Papa ini kutjupa kutjupa was narrated and translated by Alan Wilson. The text was written by Alan Wilson and Sophie Constable with the aid of Aboriginal Education Workers of Amata and Pipalyatjara schools.
